I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and was informed that I had a “bad oil leak.” When I asked where the leak was coming from, the staff were unable to provide a specific location or clear explanation. The communication felt vague and dismissive, which was concerning given the seriousness of the claim. Afterward, I checked under my vehicle and did not observe any visible oil leaking. Clear and professional communication is essential when diagnosing potential issues, and I hope future customers receive more detailed explanations.

This is my go to place out of all the other locations. If there is a problem, the manager of the Auto Care Center, Justin is glad to help and fix it. Good service and good people....not like Hueytown which I have had the worst experiences.

Service was good. Twala helped me with an issue. I ordered tires online and they didn’t come in time. The order was canceled but I was still able to get new tires installed that were in stock. The mechanic got the job done in a reasonable time and there were a couple cars ahead of me. Can’t complain and hopefully the tires last a while.

I went twice to get tires put on ...they did not listen to me when I told them what I needed . They made there own choice on what tires needed replacing and almost got rid of still good tires I had on there before. When in there own policy it states they are not to gage tires to know what’s bad or not. they had claimed that the tires they had taken off were bad and practically said the second day I came in that they did me a favor even though my truck broke there lift that they should not of put on there lift in the first place but it was my fault. They acknowledged that there lift would not work because my truck was too big....but went ahead and put my truck on the lift anyway the first day. Now the tires they were supposed to remove one was too big and was throwing off the trucks balance due to a different Walmart tire center. And the other one was a balding spare tire that they apparently did not look at at all or they would have not taken the still good tires off and almost through them away. The only good thing they did is make me realize that they can’t be trusted to do the job ....and don’t communicate with the customer properly. There may have been some polite people ther

The cashier was too busy talking about everything to her co workers. The customers waited in line until she finished this conversation about a customer who had walked away with the co worker. She waited on me and when I explained that my tire was only 14 days old and had a screw in the side wall I asked if the tire was to be patched or replaced. The young lady proceeded to explain to me what road hazard meant and a new tire was out of the question (very loudly I must say). The co worker who fixes the tires spoke up and said if the tire has a screw in the side wall the tire most likely will be replaced. I thanked him and sat down. This same cashier called me to the desk to get checked out. I had to wait while she redid the paperwork so her supervisor could understand what happened (which did not understand). So I waited till she rewrote everything and I was asked to pay a pro rated amount of 11.00 for the new tire. I paid this amount with no comment because she was so (confrontational and annoying) even though I felt it wasn't fair.
